Shipments

• Shipping/Delivery will be made within 15-30 working days except products made to order, all goods are subject to availability and will be confirmed with each order. 

• Free Delivery within Ireland for all orders over €100.

• OMW Supplies using Dublin based courier company - Szybki Szymon and for all deliveries.

• Any shortages, damages or non-delivery of goods must be notified to OMW Supplies by telephone or email within 5 working days. We will contact you in next 24 hours to discuss thenext steps.

• All deliveries should be carefully checked to ensure that the correct number of packages, boxes or cartons being signed for, have been delivered as no responsibility can be accepted afterwards.

• We will dealwith each query individuallyand we will make sure to have any issues rectified as soon as possible.

• Bulky items could be delivered on pallets so make sure to have enough storage space ready if item needs to be stored inside.
